Testimonials from previous summits
"Thanks for a fantastic day at the Development Summit. You had a some great speakers on a varied range of topics. I particularly enjoyed Nicole Bremner of East Eight, talking on building your property brand and the panel featuring Richard Bowser of Property Investor News, who talked about scaling your business.

There was a real buzz in the room and I met some great connections."

Luke Skelton
"This will be my third year of attending Brendan Quinn’s National Development Summit and what a great time to reflect at the start of the year.

At my first Summit, I was still in the process of writing my book The Complete Guide to Property Strategies and it helped me get clarity on where development sits relative to other strategies.  I realised development can sit anywhere, just as we can when attending the Summit – front, back or centre!  On the stage or in the audience!  We can move too, flexing our ability to do what’s right at the time.  Flex-ability is a great feature of development too!

Attending the Summit led me to invest through various crowdfunding platforms, when it wasn’t yet the right timing for me to do my own development project."
Angela Bryant
"I thoroughly enjoyed attending the Property Summit. I was impressed with the caliber of the speakers and panelists, who shared a lot of value on topics such as planning, air rights development and how to grow my property business.

This is definitely an event I will attend again and recommend it to other property investors and developers too."

The projects they are currently working on have end values of around £50m and they have crowdfunded around £1.5m in Equity for those projects in the last 12 months.

MELT Homes twin philosophies of Rigorous Risk Management and Design led Development enable them to deliver profitable development projects in a consistent and reliable manner. Their design led approach enables them to offer better value for money in the properties they build. By focusing on the value that inspired contemporary design can achieve, they deliver more for less. Their rigorous approach to risk management compliments their design led approach and enables them to minimise risk and maximise return for them and their investors.

MELT Homes aim to produce individually designed contemporary properties which reflect people's personalities and choices and are designed around the way they live their lives. By doing this, they offer better value for money to purchasers. In turn, this allows them to optimise the profitability of their developments and break the price ceiling in the market for which they develop. MELT Homes believe that, whatever the price of a home, it should be well designed.

MELT Homes mission is to build inspiring contemporary buildings that make a difference to the places they are built in and which contain living spaces which enhance and empower people’s lives.
